By commissioning any services you agree to all of the terms of service as listed below.

This agreement is between the Artist and you, the Client, for work services performed on a project known as the Work.
Im reserve the right to refuse to accept projects if it does not fit with me. the artist.
You accept that the completed product it shows by the artists in their social media or portfolio (either on any page such as sketchfab, discord, twitter etc)
The client must notify if they want the model process NOT to be broadcast live on Twitch or Youtube. In case of not notifying, it is assumed that the client agrees.The date for this agreement is upon the first inquiry/communication for the commission or upon the first transaction made.CREDITS & RIGHTSClient retains original ownership & copyright of their own models or characters. Clients are allowed to use & redistribute their model as they please. Clients are allowed to use the model in their own merchandise, socials etc. Only thing not allowed (unless discussed) is using the model for NFT or blockchain purposes.Clients are not allowed, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork or platform for NFTs (non-fungible tokens) or any blockchain purpose.
Except if the commission is for use in NFT or blockchain the client must tell the artist to discuss the orderThe artistic process will likely be posted i.e. on Twitter, Tiktok and/or streamed on Twitch/Youtube unless Clients request otherwise before the project begins.
